What does Astraea Marketing Group do?

Astraea Marketing helps businesses grow through smart, creative, and strategic marketing. We design websites, build brands, and create digital campaigns that attract and convert clients. Whether you need a full rebrand, a lead-generation funnel, or an emergency website fix, we make it happen—fast.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We partner with businesses of all sizes—especially those who want results, not just “pretty designs.” Many of our clients are in professional services, construction, manufacturing, and local retail. Veterinary clients are serviced through VETfinity Marketing Solutions (www.vetfinity.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Astraea Marketing.

Where are you located?

We’re based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, but we work with clients across the U.S. and a few in Europe and Asia.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, closed weekends and all major holidays, including a holiday break every year from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Tight turnaround projects requiring that work be perfomed outside normal hours of operation, such as nights and weekends, will incur additional fees.

Do you offer packages and/or custom quotes?

YES! All projects are quoted as a custom project that will meet your needs. Our estimates include costs for design as well as any outside services needed to complete the project such as stock photography, printing, shipping, etc.

We also offer packages that are popular with startups such as our Identity Bundle which includes a logo, stationery (letterhead, envelope, business card), a sell sheet or tri-fold brochure, and a 5-10 page starter website. Design, printing, and web hosting for the site are included in one flat fee. Other packages are available. Please contact us for more details on this and other packages.

Can you fix or update my existing website?

Yes. Whether your site just needs a quick refresh or a full overhaul, we can update design, fix performance issues, improve SEO, or rework the messaging to help it convert better.. We would just need to know which platform your site is built upon to determine if it is one that we support.

PRICING

How much do your services cost?

Because every project is unique, we gather the details and provide an estimate outlining costs for internal services such as design, copywriting, etc., as well as pricing for things like printing, postage, or any other outside service necessary to deliver a finished product.

For clients with ongoing marketing and design needs, we offer our marketingSMART™ retainer program that provides you with all of our internal services for one affordable, flat monthly fee. With three pricing tiers to choose from, one is sure to be right for you.

What are your payment terms?

For new clients, we ask that you pre-pay for your first project and will then offer 15 or 30 day payment terms on subsequent projects. Regardless of payment term, we request 50% upfront and pre-payment of all outside services such as printing before starting a project, with the balance of internal charges billed upon completion of the project.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for larger projects we can split payments into milestones or monthly plans that are set up as automatic credit card or EFT payments on a set date that works for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by company check, all major credit cards, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

PROCESS

What is your process?

We start by gathering information and do a review of your current and past marketing materials, if available, to understand your goals, audience, and brand. From there, we map out a clear plan, provide clear and concise estimates itemizing all work to be performed and outside costs required, execute the creative work, and make sure every piece is built to drive results. We keep communication simple and transparent from start to finish.

How long does a project take?

Every project is unique so timelines aren’t determined until we have a plan mapped out. Things such as client responsiveness to requests and edits will impact timing. Every estimate will include a project timeline. Rush services are always available for additional fees.
